What are the warranty details?

Saint-Gobain does not offer any warranty. Some dealers may offer warranty on select products. Please be sure to ask the dealer so as to confirm on the warranty status if any and request appropriate documentation in case there is warranty.

We will give it to our trusted inspiration dealers

How will my order be serviced?

We will give you the contact of the dealer and vice versa. He will reach out to you to get any specifications or customizations you might have in mind. You will have to pay the whole amount in advance. Once the mirror is made you may have to pay installation/delivery charges during the time of installation

What if the mirror breaks?

Our inspiration dealers will take responsibility till installation.

Whom do I reach out to you in case there's an issue?

You will be provided with the installation dealers contact details. Additionally, our customer support is also available should the need arise

Can I cancel the booking?

You retain the right to revoke any consent given until you finalize the order and pay the amount to the dealer. Once the work begins the booking cannot be cancelled. The amount is not refundable.

What if I have a custom order?

We will put you in touch with a dealer in your area based on your requirements

How can I track my order?

There is no tracking set up. You can always call the dealer or ask us.

How long will I have to wait for my mirror to be made?

Many of the mirrors are hand-made, made to order and take the finest of materials. Some mirrors may take up to 30 working days to deliver. Your patience is requested.

What happens if the dealer is unable to deliver the mirror?

If the dealer is unable to deliver the mirror due to reasons on his end you will be refunded 100% of the money

How exact will the dimensions be?

Dimensions may vary slightly due to every product being handmade and customized. If you need a particularly high degree of precision in your order, please make it known at the time of ordering.
