SGG Evo is a cutting-edge product in single glazing that offers dual advantages of solar protection and thermal insulation in single glazing applications. It has relatively low internal reflection, higher light transmission, a low solar factor and U-value.

Description

As a tropical country, India is endowed with abundant light and heat. If one looks at the energy expenditure of a typical building, around 15% of energy is spent on artificial lighting and around 35% of energy is spent on cooling. The energy crisis is precipitated by the lack of use of energy-efficient building materials.

Therefore, we need an energy efficient glass solution to reduce heat gain and optimize day lighting. SGG Evo is an energy efficient glass that helps limit the heat entering into the building as well as allows optimum sun light to enter.

Ideal for large scale applications such as offices, commercial, educational and industrial structures and apartment blocks, SGG Evo is best suited to be used in:

  • Structural glazing, façade glazing, bolted systems, curtain walling and fenestration applications
  • Single glazing, insulated glazing units, double glazed units, laminated, heat treated and bent glazing units
