Saint-Gobain India Private Limited, with its registered office at Level 7, Chettinad Sigapi Achi Building, 18/3, Rukmani Lakshmipathi Road, Egmore, Chennai – 600008 provides the below cancellation, replacement and refund policy (“Policy”) in respect of the Product(s).

For the purpose of this Policy, “User”, “You”, “Your” shall mean the original and immediate purchaser of the Product(s), and/or the invoice against the purchase of the Product(s), from the Website. All capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use.

This Policy together with the Terms of Use sets out Our procedures and policies in accepting the cancellation, replacement and refund for Product(s) thereof.


1.1  By agreeing to use the Website and/or initiating a request for the purchase of Product(s) on the Website, You agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If You do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, You are advised not to transact on the Website

2.2  Please note that We may from time to time change the terms of this Policy that governs Your cancellation, replacement and refund of an order for Product(s) on the Website. Every time You wish to use the Website, please check the Policy to ensure You understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.


2.1. Cancellation of Products

  1. You can cancel orders for Product(s) partially or fully within 48 hours from placing Your order or prior to the shipment of the Product(s), whichever is earlier. Orders cannot be cancelled once the Product has been shipped. Once Your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and You would not be eligible to claim the refund.
  2. We shall cancel Your order and initiate the refund within 10 ( ten) business days from the date of acceptance of such cancellation request from You. The amount shall be refunded to You, through the same mode of payment used for purchasing the Product(s) by You. All refunds shall be subject to applicable policies and charges of the User’s bank/ financial institution.

2.2. Replacement of Products

  1. You may initiate the request for replacement of the Product if: (i) the Product is damaged; or (ii) the Product is defective; or (iii) parts of the Product or accessory are missing; or (iv) the Product ordered is different basis the Product description provided on the Website. Any such request for initiating the replacement shall be made within 24 hours from the date on which You have received the delivery of the Product (“Replacement Period”).
  2. If You have received any Product which is subject to the replacement, in terms of this Policy, We suggest You to immediately mail the details to our helpline within the Replacement Period. For making any replacement request, You need to provide a description of the problem with supporting documentation/s as applicable and wherever pictures are required to substantiate the claim.
  3. We will in Our sole discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the Products or the noncompliances claimed in such Products are acceptable by Us, or (b) such defects, damages or non-compliances are due to Our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the request for replacement at Our sole discretion.
  4. If Yourreplacement request is approved, We will confirm You via an email containing requisite details of Our logistic partners, who will get in touch with You. Our logistic partner at the time of delivering the replaced Product shall also collect the damaged Product from You. Please ensure that You must hand over such Product to be replaced being provided to Us in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice, tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in the same condition as received.
  5. You agree that We will not accept the replacement of any Product: (i) if You have placed the order for a wrong Product model, colour or incorrect Product, (ii) if the Product belongs to the non-replacement category (for instance, personalised Products or made to order Products that are not suitable for replacement based on their nature), (iii) if You fail to register a complaint in relation to the Product within the Replacement Period, (iv) if any damage to the Product is caused by Your improper wearing or safekeeping of the Product, or any modification or change to the Product by You or a third party. Any decision by Us in this regard shall be final and binding.
  6. Your replacement will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Us are fulfilled at the time of replacement of such Products, such as the Product to be replaced being provided to Us in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice, tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in the same condition as received
  7. Replacement is subject to the availability of stock with us. In case a replacement is not feasible for any reason whatsoever, We will refund Your amount in accordance with Clause 2.3 of this Policy
  8. We reserve the right to reject Your replacement request if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions provided in this clause.

2.3. Refund

  1. Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Us in this Policy are fulfilled. It is clarified that We shall not make any refund in respect of a Product that is deemed ineligible for a refund based on Our verification and assessment. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by You.
  2. We do not make any cash refunds. The amount will be refunded to You within 10 (ten) working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by You. You acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for Your refund to reflect in Your account which is subject to Your financial institution or payment solution provider's terms and conditions or depending upon the mode of payment chosen by You. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, You may contact Us at Our customer support and We will gladly help You.
  3. Refund to be made to the User shall not include any amount paid towards shipping charges or any other charges applicable from time to time. However, in the event, a Product has been delivered with a defect or damage (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by Us after due verification at Our sole discretion) We may refund the shipping charges to You. You will be provided with a refund if You have received a non-replacement Product in a damaged or defective condition subject to verification and examination of the damage or defect of the Product by Us.
