SKCL HARMONY SQUARE

SKCL Harmony Square is situated at the heart of Chennai's Central Business District, T.Nagar. It is a commercial project by renowned developers, SKCL.

The project is sprawled across an area of nearly 70000 sq.ft. with 8 floors to accommodate offices. It is well-equipped with all the requisite amenities, and is well-connected with the rest of the city. Prominent names occupy pride of place at SKCL Harmony Square, a testimony to its thoughtfully designed spaces. Keeping in mind the sultry weather of Chennai, the project mandated a glass that reflects long wave heat radiation while providing high thermal insulation. Hence, SGG Planitherm and SGG Antelio Plus from Saint-Gobain were chosen.

SGG Planitherm is an advanced coated glass manufactured by the state-of-art magnetron sputtering process under vacuum conditions. Being a low-e glass, SGG Planitherm, reflects most of the long-wave heat radiation, allowing for excellent thermal insulation and maximum occupant comfort. It comes with qualities of excellent light transmission and low reflection, which allows maximum light penetration through the glass and provides impeccable clarity. Solar control glass, SGG Antelio Plus was also used to help block the incoming heat radiation from the sun, while allowing the natural light to filter in. It ensured subtle reflections and offered UV protection. SKCL Harmony Square was glazed in SGG Planitherm Green and SGG Antelio Plus Emerald Glaze.

With the focus on offering occupant comfort with energy-efficient glass without compromising on visual appeal, both SGG Planitherm and SGG Antelio Plus have brought harmony between functionality and aesthetics at the SKCL Harmony Square.
